A new location for the leader in assisted living
On behalf of the Philadelphia Care Foundation, Scala Build is developing a new residential assisted living facility complex in the centre of Hilversum. The development consists of 60 apartments / studios and communal living areas. Good accessibility by public transport is a key requirement for the target group.
Philadelphia is a national healthcare institution providing support, care and safety to the disabled. With more than 7,000 clients spread over 500 locations throughout the Netherlands, Philadelphia plays a major roll in helping the disabled and those with learning difficulties to find employment and to live independently in their own appartment.
The development project for Hilversum is a total of 60 apartments / studios and communal living space within the urban area.
