Redevelopment of a vacant 3 level commercial premises into 7 apartments.
Scala's scope of work took the project from beginning to end. It included liaising with the local planning authority to gain planning permission, appointing architects and designers, overseeing a public consultation, project management of the construction phase and finally leasing the apartments.
