Redevelopment Industrial Heritage

This former former factory site in Hengelo consists of three hectares of land with eight monumental factory buildings. 

The buildings are partly let to various companies. The industrial halls are used for events, congresses and business meetings.

Scala Build acts as development manager on behalf of BOEi for the redevelopment of this industrial complex.
