Andrea started her career with a Dutch commercial real estate advisor based in central Holland, before moving to McDonald’s where she was responsible for asset management and acquisition throughout The Netherlands. She then took a role at Nike overseeing the existing retail portfolio across Europe, Turkey, Israel and Russia.

Charlotte worked for Harper Dennis Hobbs, a European retail real estate consultancy based in London before moving to McArthurGlen, the largest outlet operator in Europe, responsible for leasing across the UK. She then moved to Nike, based in Holland, leading retail expansion and asset management across Europe, Turkey and Israel.
